Rubber Romance Divas

These cards are made using some of the Rubber Romance Divas. They are nice and big and fun to cut out and pop up. Love the sweetness of the chef. Intended it for Erin, my pastry chef daughter, but have yet to make her a card with it. Sorry, kid.

Birthday Card for Tyler

My grandnephew Tyler is a good target for frogs! Don't know why! I made this black card with chipboard letters and punched frogs for his 10th birthday.

Long legged Bird from Caroline

My daughter, Caroline, gave this stamp and it has become a favorite. It is from Hero Arts. The card is made from SU! cardstock and rubons.

Bird House Card for Marie

My sister Marie is an endless source for inspiration and fun! This was a card to say hello. Birdhouse stamp was from the dollar bin at Michaels. I embossed just a portion of the card with a Cuttlebug folder. Cardstock is from SU!

By Ones and By Twos

By Ones and By Twos is the name of this SU! stamp set. I just love it! I cut out the onsie and fashioned a hanger with black wire. I crimped a strip of paper for the "paneling."

Let the Cute Begin!

Love to make baby cards. Seems I can't make enough of them.

This stamp is from the "Big on Spring" set from SU! Card is Barely Banana and Whisper White. Love that Cuttlebug Swiss Dot folder. Onesie is stamped twice and popped up.

Kristina Werner's Color Challenge 17

Another attempt at Kristina's challenge. This week she selected Regal Rose, Rose Red, Sage Shadow, and Whisper White. I threw it together after a series of mishaps on another card.

Sympathy Cards

A set of four sympathy cards. I used Chocolate Chip for the base and Soft Sky for the layer. I used the swiss dot embossing folder from Cuttlebug and another small embossing folder for the top layer. The ribbon is from American Crafts.

Ribbon Storage I can Live With!

This is working so well for my ribbon storage. I put the rolls on a dowel through the holes on the sides of the basket and threaded the ends through the front/back of the basket. The plastic bins are made by Sterilite and I get them at Walmart.

Owl Card

Congrats to Daniel, my friend Conny's son, who graduated from Conard High School last month. School colors are red and gray, so the card is Basic Gray with Real Red and WW layers. The owl is from CHF's U R A Hoot!

Marie has Company!

This is the card I made for Marie, which then prompted the card for Kristina's CC 14. Colors are River Rock, Purely Pomegranate, and Whisper White. The stamps are from My Favorite Things Punny Farm.

Kristina Werner's Color Challenge 14

Last week's color challenge from Kristina required the use of Basic Black, Basic Gray, Whisper White, Ruby Red and River Rock. Both Erin and I submitted cards. I just loved hers! She used one of the house stamps from Boards and Beams (PTI) and the trees are from Lovely as a Tree by SU! Erin embossed the trees and colored the house with Copics. She cut it out and popped it up. I thought it would make KW's top ten. It did not, but my card made it into the top 20! The cow is from MFT's Punny Farm. I stamped it, masked it, stamped it again, and again, colored with Copics, and popped it up at different heights. It is a redo of a card I made for my sister, Marie, who is entertaining a houseful this summer! I'll post the original card tomorrow.

Kristina Werner's Color Challenge 15

I used Whisper White for the base of the card then layers of Chocolate Chip and Real Rust. The hand-torn paper flower was made from Certainly Celery and Close to Cocoa.

Kristina Werner's Color Challenge for this week was inspired by this ad from West Elm.
